The price of our basic website includes these features:
- a header
- static or post based homepage
- top and/or side menus
- portfolio (image gallery)
- blog entries
- a footer
These are some of the add-ons available (add-ons involve an additional cost, and additional time to configure and customize)
- product catalog
- e-commerce integration
- enhanced real estate listings

- enhanced social media integration
- Google Analytics
An initial payment of $200 is required upon domain name registration and signing of the Client Contract
An additional $800* is to be paid within one week of completion and final approval of the website.
The total price per website, as laid out in the “basic website features” is $1000
*Additional fees may be incurred based on client add-ons or extra options.
Pricing does NOT include DNS registration or web hosting. We can help you choose DNS registration and web hosting providers if you don’t already have them.
Updates to the website after the final approval will be billed at $25/h
Real estate listings (including insertion of photos, description, maps, floor plans) will be $25 per MLS listing.
While multi-lingual websites are included in the basic price, all text content, including translations, must be supplied by the client. Graphic designs, logos, illustrations, and photography are to be supplied by the client.
